Exclusive drinks partner to a trading floor.

Every exhibition stand on the Finance Magnates London Summit floor that calls for a freshly made drink is ours to run, from a single barista station to a full cocktail bar.

The commission

One partner for the whole floor.

The Finance Magnates London Summit is where online trading, fintech and payments meet in person. The most recent edition, the fourteenth, took over Magazine London with more than a hundred speakers and an exhibition floor of more than twenty brands, including LMAX, B2Broker, MetaQuotes, Finalto, ATFX and Exinity.

We hold the exclusive drinks partnership for that floor. Every stand that wants a freshly made drink comes through us.

On a floor like that, every exhibitor is chasing the same thing: the attention of a senior, time poor, heavily courted audience. Our brief was to give those stands a reliable way to win that attention, delivered as a service the exhibitor never has to manage.

The constraint

A show floor is a discipline of its own.

Catering an exhibition stand is not running a bar at a party. A show floor works to fixed build, open and breakdown windows, on shared power and water, in a hall that was empty the day before and will be empty the day after.

The drinks have to be made fast, made well and made continuously, for hours, in front of exactly the people the exhibitor most wants to impress. There is no quiet period to recover in.

How the offer is built around that

  • Stations designed to be compact, self sufficient and quick to deploy
  • Staff briefed to hold quality under steady pressure rather than in bursts
  • Planning that treats the venue schedule as the fixed point everything else moves around

What we designed

Five formats, matched to the stand.

Every exhibitor is different, so we do not offer one bar. We run five freshly made station formats and match the right one to the stand, the audience and the time of day. Barista coffee in the morning is a different instrument to a dry ice cocktail at four in the afternoon.

Each station is made to order on the stand, fully staffed, and branded to the exhibitor rather than to us. On the ATFX Connect and Exinity Connect stands that meant branded cups, foam art carrying the exhibitor mark and dry ice signature serves built for the brand.

The exhibitor gets a working hospitality moment on their stand. They do not get a supplier to manage.

Delivered

What each stand gets.

Barista coffee, properly made. Espresso made on the stand by trained baristas in branded cups, with the exhibitor mark carried in the foam.

Signature serves with theatre. Cocktails, mocktails, smoothies and fresh juice made to order, including dry ice serves designed around the exhibitor brand.

One accountable team. Every station staffed, set up and taken down by us, planned around the hall build and breakdown windows.

The position

Not a supplier on the floor. The partner for it.

We look after every stand at the summit that calls for a freshly made drink, from one barista station to a full cocktail bar.
