The fleet
A bar that arrives ready to be the centrepiece.
Every Drink Differently bar is built from 1.5 metre sections, straight or curved, so the same kit becomes a slim bar against a wall, an L shape for a marquee corner, a semi circle, an oval or a full circle in the middle of the room. Whatever the space, there is a shape that fits it. Fronts, tops and lighting change with the brief.
The fleet runs from mirrored gold and Chesterfield velvet to marble tops and neon, and any front can be wrapped in your artwork. Our bars have stood in Mayfair showrooms, on exhibition floors across Europe and on trackside terraces at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
What each bar includes
- The bar, back bar and every piece of equipment
- Glassware, ice, garnishes, straws and napkins
- Licensed and insured mixologists, with a named event manager
- Delivery, set up in two to three hours and breakdown in around one
Dry hire for venues with their own stock
Where a venue holds the licence or a sponsor supplies the drinks, we provide the bar, the styling and the team without the stock.

Choose the shape of the room.
Every build is made from 1.5 metre sections, straight or curved, so there is a shape for any room. Three of them, drawn to scale.
Two to four sections, three to six metres. Sits against a wall and keeps the floor open.
Two runs that turn a corner into a service point. Suits marquees and rooms that need two faces.
Seven curved sections. Sits mid room and is approached from every side.

Mirrored gold, Chesterfield velvet, marble and neon, or wrapped in your artwork.
Sized to the guest list.
Bars we have built.

The team (Ali in particular) went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute booking, and turned around branding requests at short notice. Incredible cocktails at record speed.

In short
What is a pop up bar for brands?
A pop up bar for brands is a mobile bar that arrives, is built and branded on site, and leaves the space as it was found. Drink Differently bars are made from 1.5 metre sections, straight or curved, so the same kit can become a slim bar against a wall, an L shape for a marquee corner, a semi circle, an oval or a full circle in the middle of the room. Fronts, tops and lighting change with the brief, from mirrored gold and Chesterfield velvet to marble and neon, and any front can be wrapped in your artwork. Every bar comes with its back bar, equipment, glassware, ice and garnish, and is staffed by licensed and insured mixologists with a named event manager. Set up takes two to three hours and breakdown around one. Where a venue holds the licence, we can supply the bar and team without the stock.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
How much does a pop up bar cost?
Every pop up bar is priced as an individual project. The size of the build, the branding and your guest numbers move the figure, and you receive an itemised proposal within one working day.
What power does a mobile bar need?
A standard 13 amp socket covers most builds. Larger bars with lighting, refrigeration and ice wells may need a second circuit, and marquees or outdoor sites usually need a generator, which we arrange.
How big is the bar?
Bars are built from 1.5 metre sections, straight or curved, so they can take almost any shape: a straight run, an L shape, a semi circle, an oval or a full circle. Footprints start around two metres, and a full circular bar uses seven sections.
Can you set up on upper floors or rooftops?
Yes. Lifts, stairs and long carries are all workable. They change the build time and the crew size, so we confirm access with the venue before the day.
